Yes, we can do this alone. We know God is our source and our strength. But why would we walk alone when God has given you giftings? Come walk with us, pray with us, pick up a trowel, hold a child in your arms, sing your heart out, or just be a part of what God is doing. Get out of your chair and get on that plane!

Emily and Shannon are our greatest treasures. They both called Africa "home" for at least 16 years. Now it's just Janice and me. It's the hardest part of being a missionary...hands down. But God!

The Team

Together, and by God's grace, we have planted six churches, built and led a Bible School, built and led a ministry to young girls at risk and seen more than 5,000 people come to the Lord and be discipled.

After 24 years in the Congo, we have accepted an invitation to build and direct a BA-Level Bible School in Libreville, Gabon.

Janice is a pastor's daughter, and I'm just a lucky guy who grew up in a wonderful church where I received the call of God to Africa.

We learned French at the University of Quebec and are still perfecting our skills.

We have two lovely daughters who both live and work in the USA.

What's it really like to be a missionary...for 30 years?

Gary and Janice Dickinson are both ordained ministers of the Assemblies of God, USA. They have ministered in Africa for the last 30 years as church planters, Bible school directors, and local church pastors.

We're smack-dab in the middle of building our campus in Libreville, Gabon. The doors opened for training in January 2016. Please help us resource these pastors.

Trained leaders are Africa's Hope. We reach the Lost, Disciple those who respond, and Train pastors to lead relevant, missional churches in the power of the Spirit.
